You may migrate presets from earlier versions of Photoshop into newer versions. The Migrate Presets command lets you migrate brushes, swatches, gradients, patterns, and much more. Choose Edit > Presets > Migrate Presets. Click Yes when prompted to import presets in a previous version of Photoshop. The Preset Manager enables you to save or load your presets for contours and tools. Each set of presets has its own file extension and default folder. Optional preset files are offered within the Presets folder in the Photoshop program folder. To start the Preset Manager, select Edit > Presets > Preset Manager. Choose a specific Preset Sort in the Preset Form menu. To disable a preset at the Preset Manager, choose the preset and click on Publish. Use the Reset command to restore the default presets.
