We accept returns of purchased items within 30  days from the date your order was made.

However you need to write an email to [email protected] and  let us  know why you want to return the item you have ordered.
The process will takes  1-2 days after you send the email.  If successful, we will send you a case number together with  return/ conversion form.

Make sure you fill your order and case  number on the return/conversion form.

Please fill al the details because we will not accept any return or exchange of goods without complete information.


  • All returns and conversions must be made within 30 days from the date your order was made.
  • All returns must be sent / mailed to us within 14 days of receipt of your case number.
  • All damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days after you receive the order.
  • All returns and exchanges must also have the Return / Conversion form supplied by our customer service officer.
  • If you post the item you want to go home / change, you have to bear the associated costs. We will not bear these costs.
  • The item you want to go home / change is your responsibility until it is received by us. We recommend that you take precautionary measures by using a registered delivery service and can be tracked when delivering the goods you want to go home / change.
  • The item you are returning / changing must be in its original state; with all tags and packages still in good condition. Tag can not be removed, trimmed or corrupted.
  • Returns and replacements will be assessed and processed ONLY AFTER we receive the item.
  • Evaluation process of return and replacement of goods takes maximum 14 working days after our receipt of the item.
  • All returns will be returned to you according to your payment model.
  • If the case goes on until conflict arises, EFS reserves the right to make the final decision for all cases.

If so, please contact us within 7 days after placing your order.

Please provide the order number, photograph of the goods and all relevant references after receiving your item. We will solve your problem as soon as possible.

All refunds will be credited to your original payment mode. It may take several days to process your returns; depending on your payment mode and your bank.
